Product Description

Applied Lubrication Technology Inc. Chain Lube D-150A is a paint compatible, e-coat approved lubricant. It is polyalkylene glycol (PAG) based lubricant, that provides a high viscosity index, clean burning properties, low friction co-efficient, water solubility, thermo-oxidative stability, high EP failure loads, and provides superior low temperature properties. The excellent lubricity will provide outstanding overall load carrying capacity, film strength and anti-wear properties. Operating temperature range -40°C TO 200°C (-31°F to 392°F).

Product Applications

This higher viscosity lubricant has been specifically developed for the lubrication of heavily loaded conveyor chains using a programmable automated application system. The Chain Lube 3000 HL-HF can also be used for the lubrication of many other more heavily loaded mechanical devices, such as; Bearings, Gears, Sprockets, Hinges, Linkages, Threads, Slides, Cables, Locking Mechanisms, etc.

Product Packaging

Chain Lube 3000 HL-HF is available in 20 liter pails, 200 liter drums, and 1200 litre returnable tote bin quantities.
