Central Pumping Stations

 

The SA-20CS (20 U.S. Gallon) & SA-45CS (45 U.S. Gallon) have a powder coated, steel, lubricant reservoir with a flip-up, gasketed lid which keeps atmospheric contaminents out during normal operation yet enables easy maintenace access to the internal components such as the pressure regulator and reusable lubricant filter. The lockable latches on the lid allow it to be secured, preventing un-authorized system fluid pressure adjustment.

A gasketed filler cap and strainer help protect against contamination when being filled in dirty environments where opening of the lid is less desirable.

The reliable combination of our ½ GPM gear pump coupled to a ½ HP motor with quick disconnect power cable are mounted to a removable plate to enable quick and easy removal should maintenance ever be required.

Use of an adjustable high-pressure relief valve inside the reservoir safeguards agains pressure spikes which could otherwise cause excessive lubricant consumption and possible solenoid valve damage.

The internal agitation motor circulates the lubricant inside the reservoir in excess of 300 Gallons per Hour, helping to keep the products lubricant solids in suspension .

Internal float switch signals the SA-50L to shut down the pump motor and initiate the ‘Empty’ Alarms should the lubricant level reach the factory set shut off point; preventing a dry run pump condition.

Top Mounted Float type Level gauge gives a quick and clear indication of reservoir lubricant level.

Extra (factory sealed) 1 ½” NPT bung on top of the reservoir accommodates the use of electronic level detection devises should remote level indication be desired.

Optional digital, programmable pressure sensors can be installed in place of the analog pressure gauge, allowing pump shut down and system alarming should a low or high pressure situation occur.

ALT’s Central Pumping Stations incorporate our SA-50P Power Supply and Motor Control Panel. Five different indicator LED’s on the front panel allow for easy system status inspection, while the two front membrane switches allow ‘Alarm’ and ‘System’ resetting without having to open the electrical enclosure. EconoLube Pumping System

 

The SA-12ECS Econolube System was specifically designed to meet the small-scale needs of industry where a large ‘Centralized’ type system would be unsuitable. The EconoLube is an attractive alternative for small facilities or large facilities with single line operations. Compact and competatively priced, the EconoLube system is simple yet integrates the same SA-20CB lubricator control board utilized in our larger systems, allowing for total unit flexibility. The SA-20CB is programmed utilizing ALT’s SA-50D Hand Held Programmer, therefore eliminating the chance of un-authorized setting changes.

All ALT components are designed for maximum usability, security and minimum maintenance. The Small, self contained system features a sealed reservoir, helping to ensure the tanks contents will remain free of contamination.

Monorail Conveyour Lubricator

Features:

Modular, light weight frame allows for quick and easy installation and adjustment to fit any 3”, 4” or 6” Chain and Trolley combination. No welding is required to securely mount the lubricator on the I-Beam

Steel Center Plates protect the Chain Pin ejection tubes, while also steadying the Trolley wheels (on MRL2 or MRL2-C)for a more accurate lubricant dispense

Simple and Reliable four channel SA-50L circuit board (on MRL1-C and MRL2-C) eliminates the chance of un-authorized setting changes (see SA-50L Product Data Sheet for more info.)

Multiple Ejection Tube size offerings allow the lubricator setup to be optimized for the type of lubricant being utilized

The SA-MRL1 Chain Pin Lubricator Add-on Unit is a low cost alternative to a stand-alone lubricator head. The SA-MRL1 is added to an existing system that has one or more spare channels available on its SA-50L control circuit board. Lubricant is supplied by the existing Central Pumping System.


The SA-MRL2 Chain Pin and Trolley Lubricator Add-on Unit is a low cost alternative to a stand-alone lubricator head. The SA-MRL2 is added to an existing system that has two or more spare channels available on its SA-50L control circuit board. Lubricant is supplied by the existing Central Pumping System.


The SA-MRL2-C Chain Pin and Trolley Lubricator is a stand-alone lubricator head with its own SA-50L lubricator control circuit board. Since this lubicator only utilizes one of the four available program channels there is enough remaining channel capacity for up to three aditional lubricators to be added to its control board, making it ideal for adding Cat. Chain or Free Carrier lubricators to.


The SA-MRL2-C Chain Pin and Trolley Lubricator is a stand-alone lubricator head with its own SA-50L lubricator control circuit board. Since the lubricator only utilizes two of the four available program channels there is enough remaining channel capacity for up to two aditional lubricators to be added to its control board, making it ideal for adding Cat.
