Before building our current manufacturing facility in 2004 all of Applied Lubrication Technology’s lubricant formulations were required to be blended to our specifications by companies that offered toll blending services. Finding top quality and reliable toll blending facilities that could handle our ever changing and expanding product line was an ongoing challenge.

Years of dealing with this dilemma led us to design our current blending facility to be able to handle multiple types of products, in small and large batch runs, as well as ‘prototyping’ type volumes. Our blending facility layout enables us to continuously develop and blend our new or customized lubricants as the technology evolves, and also presents us with the opportunity to help other companies who are facing the same ‘Small Batch’ dilemma we previously faced.

At Applied Lubrication we understand the importance of being able to adapt quickly to changing technologies in order to offer customers better solutions and keep your company at the leading edge of your industry. We realize that blending huge volumes of newly developed or custom blended products makes absolutely no sense and is not at all cost effective. Since most Toll Blending facilities are, either not setup for, or not interested in small volume blending we have created the solution for YOUR Small to Large Batch Volume blending requirements.
