CHAIN LUBE ETS-G1

Product Description

Applied Lubrication Technology’s Chain Lube ETS-G1 was specifically formulated for use as a Kiln Chain Lubricant where ‘point of application’ chain temperature exceeds 375°F and therefore causes the majority of lubricants to smoke excessively upon contact. Chain Lube ETS-G1 is a blend of carefully selected, high temperature stable synthetic esters, and a propriety lubricity additive package which is fortified with a dispersion of ultrafine graphite particles to provide boundary lubrication up to 482°C (900°F). While competitor’s products will have degraded, burnt away, and possibly deposited sticky residue, Chain Lube ETS-G1 will remain as a liquid for longer periods of time. The longevity of this product allows for extended re-application intervals, therefore reducing lubricant consumption, emissions from the Kiln Chain Lubrication system, and the manufacturing facility’s environmental impact. Chain Lube ETS-G1 has been formulated to provide superior wetting and penetrating capability, enabling it to soften carbon residue left from previously utilized lubricants and loosen barrels and links which have heavy deposits on them and no longer move freely.

Chain Lube ETS-G1 is ideally applied to the Kiln Chain by ALT’s reliable and precise automated lubrication systems.
