Product Description

Applied Lubrication Technology Inc. Chain Lube FCL-30 was specifically developed to meet the extreme lubrication demands of Heat Treatment Furnace Chains which reach temperatures beyond the capabilities of even the best, non solid containing, synthetic lubricants.  The highly refined base stock utilized in this lubricant was selected due to its ability to quickly penetrate the hot chains, while aiding to clean the chain surfaces and break down residue that is present from previously utilized lubricants. As the carrier delivers the solid film lubricant to the chains internal wear points it evaporates relatively quickly, therefore reducing the amount and longevity of smoking that occurs.  Chain Lube FCL-30 contains a highly stable wear and friction reducing dispersion of ultrafine graphite particles which lubricate effectively at temperatures up to 482°C (900°F), and helps to prevent metal to metal contact.

The FCL-30 base stocks and additives are all Copper and Zinc free by design in order to comply with requirements of specific Heat Treatment Processes.  Chain Lube FCL  is ideally applied by the ALT automatic lubrication system

Product Applications

This higher viscosity lubricant has been specifically developed for the lubrication of heavily loaded conveyor chains that are subject to increased temperatures.

Product Packaging

Chain Lube FCL-30 is available in 20 liter pails, 200 liter drums, and 1200 liter returnable tote bin quantities.
