SERIES PROGRESSIVE
Maximum Performance and Flexibility
Graco’s series progressive systems give you the most advanced centralized lubrication with numerous metering and accessory options available. Ideal for machining centers, forming presses or any application requiring precise lubrication. Get the information you need to ensure your machine is functioning at peak performance with the right amount of lubrication.

How it Works
As the lubricant flows through the passages of each block, the metering pistons move to one side in sequence from inlet to end, each time “dosing” the precise amount of lubricant. As long as the lubricant is flowing, the pistons are moving. If there are blocks or too much pressure for the system to overcome, the cycling stops and the system controller lets you know.

Electric Modu-Flo Grease & Oil Pumps

Description
The electric Modu-Flo II pump is a rugged electric motor driven positive displacement piston pump. It is designed for use with Trabon series progressive divider valves to lubricate all types of machinery using oil or grease up through NLGI #2. The electric Modu-Flo II pump is modular in design and utilizes Modu-Flo reservoirs, components and accessories. The assembly comes complete with electric motor and 20 ft. cable. The 24 VDC version is capable of delivering .29 cu.in./min. (4.7 cc/min.) at pressures up to 2500 psi (170 bar). The 115 VAC version is rated at .58 cu.in/min (9.5 cc/min.) at pressures up to 2500 PSI (170 bar).
H-400 Electric/Hydraulic Drum Pumps

Description
These "original" container pumps utilize a 400 lb. (55 gal.) drum as their reservoir of grease. Eliminates time-consuming transfer and handling of lubricant. The H-400 Series is available in four different flow rates and can serve anywhere from 1 to 20 individual machines or Trabon Centralized Systems. Grease discharge is usually controlled by timer or "count control" adjustment. Pump is driven by a 1/2 hp motor which has power to deliver lubricant over long distances above or below ground. The H-400 pump comes equipped with a specially designed cover which slips over the top of a standard 400 lb. drum, includes as standard equipment pressure gauge and pressure switch to protect machinery.
Tri-Lube Electric Pumps

Description
The Tri-Lube pump is a rugged, single or multiple-piston pump, driven by an electric motor. It is designed for use with Trabon Series Progressive Divider Valves, or may be connected directly to up to three individual lube points. Application is for all types of machinery using grease up through NLGI #2. The pump allows for mounting of one to three individual pumping elements, each having a fixed or adjustable output volume. (The standard version is provided with one pump element installed.) For applications where larger output volumes are required, the individual outputs from two or three pumping elements may be combined to a single output point. Each pumping element includes a pressure relief valve to protect the system against possible overpressure. Options include AC or DC electric motor, and two sizes of grease reservoirs (as listed in Specifications).
Tri-Lube HD Electric Grease Pumps

Description
The Tri-lube H.D. electric motor driven grease pump package is designed for series progressive central lubrication systems on heavy duty construction, mining, or other mobile equipment.
The pump body can include from one to three fixed displacement cartridge piston pumps and a choice of reservoir capacities up to 45 lbs. This heavy duty pump is designed to deliver grease with consistencies rated up to NLGI #2 (dependent upon ambient temperature) at pressures up to 3500 psi (241 bar).
The rugged Tri-Lube H.D. package is corrosion protected and suitable for permanent outdoor installation where 24 volt DC power is available.

CONTROLLERS
TC-1000

Description
The TC-1000 Solid State Timer/Counter is a microprocessor based multi-use controller dedicated to the operation of centralized lubrication systems.
The TC-1000 schedules lube frequency either on a time or stroke/cycle basis in values ranging from 1-9999. The pump run interval is also selectable in time or counts over the same range.
The TC-1000 is easily programmed in the field using four mini push buttons. No special training or knowledge of computer language is necessary. During power down or outage, data is saved in EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory). When power is restored, counting and pump status is restored to values prior to loss of power.
Available for 115 VAC, 230 VAC, 12 VDC, or 24 VDC operation. Pump Output voltage is the same as supply voltage.
LC-1000

Description
The Trabon microprocessor based LC-1000 Controller is a multiuse solid state controller that is dedicated to the operation and monitoring of intermittent operating series and parallel centralized lubrication systems equipped with a cycle or pressure switch for cycle completion feed back.
The LC-1000 monitors and schedules lubrication intervals in either time or stroke/cycle basis in values ranging from 1 to 9999. Pump may be self cycling or single cycle type requiring a pulsed output.
Four units are available for 12 VDC, 24 VDC, 115 VAC, or 230 VAC operation. The LC-1000 is easy to program in the field using four mini push-buttons. The programming requires no special nowledge or training of computer language. During power down or outage, all data is saved in EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programming Read Only Memory). As power is restored, counting and pump status are restored to values prior to the loss of power.
WMP III Maxi-Monitor

Description
The WMP Ill Maxi-Monitor is a micro processor based controller, dedicated to the operation and monitoring of a centralized lubrication system. WMP Ill is designed to schedule lube intervals and monitor the operation of Trabon pumps and divider valves in intermittent operating systems.
The WMP Ill can control lube schedules on either a time or a machine stroke/cycle basis. It will also continuously monitor and display the status of the lube system it is controlling. It can even protect the equipment by shutting down the operation when a lube system fault does occur.
System performance can easily be determined through LED’s (Light Emitting Diodes) and also by a two line, 16 character alphanumeric LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) in conjunction with the key pad.
The WMP Ill is easily programmed in the field. No special training or knowledge of computer language is necessary. Programming is simply a matter of inputting parameters and selecting or bypassing options as prompted by the LCD.
Available in either 115 VAC, 230 VAC, 12 VDC or 24 VDC.
Multi Purpose Controller

Description
The Lubriquip Multi-Purpose Controller™ (MPC) is a microprocessor based controller designed to operate, monitor, and control all types of centralized lubrication systems. The MPC™ can be used in Series-Progressive, Injector, Piston Distributor, Dual-Line, and Air/Oil types of lubricant distribution systems for scheduling the lubricating cycles and then monitoring for the successful operation of the lube system’s pump and distributing devices. It can be used on either a single system or two independent lubrication systems.
